About these terms

These terms apply to the gomokmultimedia.com website and to GOMOK Marketing Intelligence at gomokmultimedia.com/app, operated by GOMOK Multimedia Venture ("GOMOK"). By using them you agree to these terms. Contact: gomokmultimedia@gmail.com.

Marketing Intelligence

Marketing Intelligence is a reporting tool for GOMOK and its clients. Access is by invitation only; you are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for activity under your account.

You may only connect social, advertising or analytics accounts that you own or are authorised to manage, and you may disconnect them at any time.

Reports reflect the data each platform makes available through its official API at the time of syncing. Platforms can change, limit or delay data, so figures may differ from those shown in the platform itself, and some metrics may be unavailable. Reports are provided for business insight and are not guaranteed to be complete or error-free.

Messaging

Clients using the CRM and messaging features must only message contacts who have given valid consent, honour opt-outs promptly, and comply with applicable law and the rules of the messaging provider.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the website or service, attempt to access data you are not authorised to see, interfere with its operation, or use it for unlawful purposes.

Third-party platforms

Connected platforms (such as Meta, TikTok and Google) are governed by their own terms and policies. GOMOK is not responsible for their availability or decisions, including changes to their APIs or permissions.

Liability

The service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, GOMOK is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or service. Project services are governed by the separate agreement or proposal for that project.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; the latest version is always on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Last updated: 29 September 2026.
